Duration of Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

Conditions for Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

You may inspect the product to check its size, material, colour, and overall appearance, but it must not be used, washed, altered, or returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.

Because every The Junk product is made from upcycled truck tarpaulin and other previously used materials, natural variations and signs of previous use may be present. These may include, but are not limited to, markings, prints, colour differences, texture changes, scratches, folds, stains, and surface irregularities.

Such characteristics are inherent to the nature of upcycled materials and are not considered defects, provided they do not affect the functionality or safety of the product.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@thejunkdesign.com with your order number.

We will send you the return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thejunkdesign.com with your order number and photos if possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a refund, replacement, or repair.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Exclusions

Refunds are not provided if the item has been used, damaged, washed, altered, or returned after the 30-day return period.

For international orders outside the EU, VAT, import taxes, customs duties, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
