Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, each piece may feature natural variations in material, texture, colour, markings, prints and finish.

These characteristics are not considered defects. They are authentic traces of the material’s previous use and form an essential part of each product’s unique identity.

All product descriptions, availability and prices may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it by email.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel or limit any order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.

For customers within the Netherlands and the European Union, prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

For customers outside the European Union, VAT, import taxes, customs duties or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days

Europe: 2–3 business days

International: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, customs processing or events outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are based in the Netherlands or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under EU consumer law.

The Junk offers an extended return period of 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.

Because each product is one of a kind, natural marks, prints, texture differences and material variations are not considered defects.

Return shipping costs are not covered by The Junk and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@thejunkdesign.com with your order number and photos if possible. In such cases, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, product designs, videos, photography, branding and website layout, is owned by The Junk or its licensors.

The Junk name, branding, product names, designs and visual identity may not be used without written consent.
